So true. I was so thrilled that the sun came out this day (if only for a while). Later the same afternoon, I was caught in a downpour on my bicycle. :S
I hadn’t noticed how green it got around there after the rains. I should go down there soon. Where did you take this from? 27th and Normal?

Andrew, I took it from the intersection of 27th Street and Capitol Parkway (turns into Normal Boulevard at A Street). So from the East of the gardens.
Yeah, Jim. I got rained on. My camera was in my bag, and thanks to multiple layers of fabric and quilt batting, the bag held off the water JUST long enough!
